Shipping and Handling Policy

Kindly note that Jill E Schultz assumes no responsibility for any delays that occur after your item has been shipped. Shipping and delivery times are subject to variation based on the package's origin, destination, and carrier.

In the event a package is returned as "undeliverable," the customer is responsible for both the return and initial shipping charges.

If the package tracking status shows "delivered," and you have not received the item, all claims must be initiated by the customer directly with the carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.).

Please be aware that shipping products to an address other than the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase may cause a slight delay in order processing. Ensure that you review your cart items carefully before proceeding to the checkout page.

It is essential to check and double-check your mailing/shipping addresses before completing your orders. Jill E Schultz will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address information provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in such instances. Hence, please verify all shipping information before finalizing your order.
